Stage 1: Choose Your Product
I start by helping you choose the product you’d like engraved. Whether it’s a coin, plaque, tumbler, medal, keyring, or a completely bespoke item, this step lets me understand exactly what you want so I can guide you through the design process.
Stage 2: Send Your Design or Concept
Next, you send me your design or idea, whether that’s text, logos, cap badges, images, or even a rough sketch. You can email everything directly to info@frontlinelaserdesign.com . I’ll review your material, check the layout and suitability for engraving, and offer any suggestions needed to ensure your final design is sharp, accurate, and ready for proofing.
Stage 3: Approve Your Digital Proof & Make Payment
I then create a digital proof for you to review. Once you’re happy and approve the proof, I’ll send your invoice. Work begins as soon as payment has been received, ensuring a smooth and transparent process from start to finish.
Stage 4: Production & Delivery
With payment confirmed, I begin engraving your item with precision and care. Every piece is quality‑checked before completion. Once finished, I arrange production and delivery, whether that’s secure shipping or collection, and keep you updated throughout.
